He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwyn Lee Clay Jr and Catherine Clay (Carrol). He is survived by: his wife Teresa Clay; his children, Vanessa Renae Dillon of Ashland, Curtis Lee Dillon of Ohio, Catherine Ann Clay of Louisa and Bobbie Sue Clay of Louisa; his granddaughters, Kymber Nicole Dillon, Brooklynn Faye Dillon and Kataleena Louise Stumbo; his siblings, Gary Clay (Janet) of Louisa, Steven Clay of Wayne County, KY and Sherry Preston (Lee) of Louisa; and his friend Bobby Branham. He is also survived by 2 nieces; 1 nephew; 1 great niece; 2 great nephews.
