He was predeceased by: his parents, Eli Workman and Cynthia Workman (Ball); his son Jerry Workman; and his siblings, Cecil Workman, Sherman Workman, Jay Workman, Roy Workman and Doris Newsom.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Workman (Zandell), David Workman (Robin), Teddy Workman (Lisa), Jimmy Workman and Sherry Davis (Kenneth). He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
