It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Oretha Wellman of Fort Gay, West Virginia, who passed away on September 23, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Russel Elwood and Alice Crabtree (Spears); her husband Jack Wellman; her brothers, Edward Crabtree and Marcus Crabtree; and her grandson Stuart Wellman.
She is survived by: her sons, Steven Wellman (Lisa) and Gary Wellman (Angie); her grandchildren, Jesse Wellman, Kailee Wellman, Alexander Wellman and April Adkins; her great grandchildren, Rylan Adkins, Abby Adkins, Rylee Adkins, Mia Endicott and Cain Wellman; and her close friend Betty Reed. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
