He is survived by: his wife Linda Pack Ratcliff; his children, Randy "Bud" (Rhonda) of Ft. Gay, WV, Luster "Bub" (Brandi) of Ft. Gay, WV, Paul of Louisa, KY and Trista "Sis" (Jamey) of Ft. Gay, WV; his grandchildren, Kaydence of Ft. Gay, WV, Dakota, Keion and Brennick of Kermit, WV.; and his brother Floyd Ratcliff (Charlene Cantrell) of Ft. Gay, WV.
