He was predeceased by: his parents, James Crabtree and Sella Crabtree; his wife Brenda Crabtree; and his sister June Dean. He is survived by: his son Charles Richard; his daughter-in-law Leigh Anna Crabtree; his grandchildren, Cindy Smiley (Phillip), Cody Crabtree, Charlie Crabtree and Allison Robertson (Tim); his great grandchildren, Autumn, Adaiah, Eli, Annaleigh, Hadley, Tristan and Max; his sister Nell Dolbear; and his close friend Maxine Richmond.
