He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Norman Nix, Sr. and Lorena Dowden Nix; and his brother Terry Eugene Nix. He is survived by: his sisters, Linda Thomas (Jack) of McArthur, OH and Kandi Lee Brumfield of Fort Gay, WV; his close friend Mary Elizabeth Dean of Fort Gay, WV; and his stepchildren, Mitchell Dean, Ramonya Lemaster, Jennifer Kierbow and Gretchen Graves. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
