He is survived by: his wife Andarena Noe; his daughters, Kim Noe and Jennifer Noe Hillman; his grandchildren, James Andrew Hillman (Diana) and Kalee Brooke Hillman; his daughter Brody Caudill; and his sister-in-law Linda Noe. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews he loved.
