He is survived by: his mother Carrie Jean Fowler (Thompson); his sons, Wayne Douglas Fowler and Christopher Fowler; his grandson Wayne Douglas Fowler, Jr.; his siblings, Ewings "Butch" Fowler (Darlene), Karen France (Charlie) and Mary Jo Saul; and his close friends, Terry Hatfield, Rick Locklear, Perry Doss, Mark Kitts and Joey Hayton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
