He was predeceased by: his parent Harless Evans; his children, Barbara McGinnis and Brian Keith Evans; his siblings, Harless Evans, Jr., Ruby Williams, Pauline Edwards, Lillian Dillon, Lucille Mills, Maxine Furdham and Curtis Evans; and his grandson Scott Peters.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Evans; his brothers, Jack Evans (Joyce) of Columbus, OH and Larry Evans (Debbie) of Crum, WV; his grandchildren, Stephanie, Paul David, Jon, Matthew and Steven (Kayle); and his great grandchildren, Kaleb, Jordan, Mason, Jasper, Gabriel, Carson and Nathan.
