He is survived by: his daughters, Lori Bontkowski (Joe), Kennett Crawford (Eric) of Sandy Hook, KY and Betty Jo Muncy (Sean); his grandchildren, Lafaye Mann (Dale), Clayton Muncy (Deanna), Wayne Muncy (Kenisha), Shawn Dustin Muncy, Josh Bontkowski, Savannah Crawford and Orianna Crawford; his great grandchildren, Anthony Mann, Gabby Mann, Brixleigh Muncy and Davian Muncy; and his siblings, Clinton Ward (Erma) of Fort Gay, WV, Gladys Meade (Dave) of Louisa, KY and Linda Ward of Tiro.
