He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Kelly and Mildred Campbell Kelly; and his sons, Charlton Dale Kelly and Thomas Heine of Germany. He is survived by: his brother Grady Colin; his sister-in-law Frieda Kelley; his nephew Rick Maynard; his niece Kristal Kelly; his wife Christine Johnston Kelly; his children, Heidi Maynard (Grant) of Fort Gay, WV, Veronica Frisby (Rob) of Lexington, KY and Jamie Kelly (Ivonne) of Apollo Beach, FL.; his grandchildren, Jamie Aaron, Ashley, Charlton Kelly, Tessa, Chelsea Maynard and Ryan Frisby; and his siblings, Jean Nash, Carole Maynard (Dick), Rita Spears (Keith), Roger Kelly (Lottie), Rodney Kelly (Tammy) and Joe Kelly (Robin). He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
