With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Frances Hacker of Fort Ashby, West Virginia, who passed away on August 20, 2020 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Broadwater and Gertrude Broadwater (O'haver); her former husband William J. Robey, Sr.; her husband Charles W. Hacker; her children, William J. Robey, Jr. (Laura) and Jeanette V. Robey; her siblings, Bill Broadwater, Marie Fairgrieve, Alma Bowman and Virginia McKenzie; and her pet Lilly Bell.
She is survived by: her daughter Karen Miller (Bill); her brother Raymond Broadwater (Rosie); and her niece Christina Keller. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
