She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Kesecker and Martha Kesecker (Stanley); and her husband Kenneth D. Blackburn. She is survived by: her children, Kevin D. Blackburn (Evelyn), Donald L. Blackburn (Cheryl) and Kendra Clevenger (Brian); her grandchildren, Wade, Blair Clevenger, Christopher Blackburn, Cody Kroll (Kari), Charles Von Hagel (Kiersten), Jordan Hamilton (Brent) and Chris Von Hagel (Tonya); and her siblings, Sharon Stokes, Allen Kesecker (Stevie), Dave Kesecker and Bob Kesecker. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Old Furnace Covenant Brethren Church (188 Old Furnace Rd, Ridgeley, WV 26753). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Old Furnace Church of the Brethren (188 Old Furnace Rd, Ridgeley, WV 26753).
