He was predeceased by: his parents, Kay Chase and Kenneth Chase, Sr.; his aunt Ruth; and his uncle Herb Baker. He is survived by: his children, Tyler Chase (Trish Root) and Kaytlyn Bosley (Josh); and his siblings, Kathy Dicker (Brian), Kevin Chase (Christine) and Karen Horton (Dave). He is also survived by many other extended family members, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
