Karen Jean Rexrode Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Jean Rexrode of Fort Ashby, West Virginia, who passed away on February 16, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Harrison Hitchins and Agnes Spier Hitchins (Walker); her husbands, George Coburn and Junior Rexrode; her daughter Bonna Mullaley (Michael); her sister Janet Stevens (Lee); her close friend Charles Lewis; and her mother-in-law Helen Coburn.
She is survived by: her children, Shelley Coburn and Rodney Rexrode (Pam); her grandchildren, David Funk, Jr., Allen Funk (Jennifer), Tamara Myers (Tony), Jessica Rexrode, Emily Rexrode and Amelia Rexrode; and her friend Pam Campbell (Tim). She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Adams Family Funeral Home (404 Decatur St, Cumberland, MD 21502). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
