He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry P. Cox and Sarah C. Cox; his daughter Michelle Dawn Cox; his parents-in-law, Donald G. Hayes and Sally B. Hayes; his brother Donald Cox; and his sister-in-law Colleen Cox.
He is survived by: his wife Donna K. Cox; his children, Matthew W. Cox, Tami, Meredith Gingrich, Carrie Cox, Casi Cox and Chelsi Cox; his grandchildren, Katelyn Whetzel, Kayla Cox, Heighden Gingrich, Billie Gingrich, Pierce Eddy, Madyson, McKinleigh Foutz, Paislee Foutz, Braelyn Younger, Brooklyn Wimbush, Maddox Borden, D'Marion, Laikyn and Lux Vinson; his sisters, Deloris Bradshaw (Keith), Sue Staggs (Roger) and Connie Miltenberger (Mike); his close friends, Dan, Phylis, Brian and Todd Cox; and his friends, Carl and Meaghen Burns. He is also survived by five great grandchildren and one great grandchild.
