She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie D. Isner and Margaret Isner (Bean); her husband Arthur Siple; and her siblings, Norma Dayton, Naomi Broome and Kenneth Isner.
She is survived by: her siblings, Rev. Vernon Isner (Gail) of Chambersburg, PA, Carolyn Bulger of Cumberland, MD and Darell Isner of Front Royal, VA; her children, Preston Siple (UnSuk) of Salado, TX, Teresa E. Siple of Sioux Falls, SD and Sidney Siple (Cynthia) of Ft Ashby, WV; and her grandchildren, Madison Siple of Elizabeth City, NC and Karen Siple of Richmond, VA..
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Upchurch Funeral Homes- Fort Ashby (10182 Frankfort Hwy, Fort Ashby, WV 26719). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
