She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Higgins and Muriel Higgins (Eddy); her husband Orval J. Swiger; her siblings, Betty Gump, Billy Higgins and Donald Higgins; and her son-in-law Lemoyne Rose.
She is survived by: her children, David Swiger (Jennifer) of Folsom, WV, Michael Swiger of Folsom, WV, Sharon Yoho (Steve) of Raleigh, NC and Janet Rose (Michael Franks) of Raleigh, NC; her sisters, Ruth Greer of Wisconsin and Mary Gump of Wallace, WV; her grandchildren, David Swiger (Racquel Ring), Stacie Swiger (Stephanie), Kristen Swiger, Garrett Swiger (Heather McDougal), Maggie York (Cris), Ashley Jarvis and Todd Yoho; her great grandchildren, Rylea, Tyson, Layden, Londen, Lance, Braelynn, Camden, Peyton, Abel, Cameron, Lilli and Kaylee; and her sister-in-law Gloria Higgins of Clarksburg, WV. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
