He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Jake" Adams and Rosalie Martin Adams; his wife Barbara Jean Gordon Adams; his sons, Richard Neil Adams and Victor Ray Adams II; and his siblings, Sidney Johnson, Victor Ray Adams I. Davis and Onsite Crematory.
He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Adams; his grandchildren, Courtney Drake, Skye Adams, Brian Wodkins and James Gordy; his great grandchildren, Blaze, Myah, Roselynn, Leilanni and Lucas; his son Jim Smallwood; and his granddaughter Allison Stevens. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
