It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Dewayne Higgins of Folsom, West Virginia, who passed away on October 8, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Higgins and Muriel Higgins (Eddy); his siblings, Billy Higgins and Betty Gump; his children, Ritchie Higgins and Lisa Becker; and his grandson Jeremy Higgins.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Higgins; his children, Carol Rudd (John), Danny Higgins (Lisa) and Joe Higgins (Beth); his son-in-law Daryl Becker; his grandchildren, Stephanie Perlick, Jessica Higgins, Sarah, Emily Higgins, James Becker, Stacey Becker, Joshua, Justin, Andrew and Kayla DeBolt; and his sisters, Mary Gump, Ruth Greer and Pauline Swiger. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
