He is survived by: his children, Theresa Moran of Weirton, WV, Michael Moran of Wellsburg, WV, Steven Moran (Beth) of Colliers, WV, Carol Altomare of Colliers, WV, Melissa Reed (Joe) of Colliers, WV and Christina Cross (Paul Cross); and his siblings, Judy Hunter of Weirton, WV, Gary Reitter (Fran) of Weirton, WV, Robin Cattrell (Ron) of Toronto, OH and Paul Reitter (Jennifer) of Wellsburg, WV. He is also survived by several grandchildren; great grandchildren; and one great great granddaughter.
