He is survived by: his wife Darlene Swartz Kemp; his stepchildren, Kory McKenney of Follansbee, WV and Krystal McKenney of Wellsburg, WV; his stepgranddaughter Raena McKenney; and his sisters, Marjorie Jones of Wellsburg, WV, Helen Moren of Bethany, WV, Karen Bracey of Follansbee, WV and Karol Puskarich of Wellsburg, WV. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
