He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas David Hartsouk Sr. and Ruth Hartsouk (Frayer); his wife Gerry W. Hartsouk (Reitter); and his daughter Cynthia G. Mills. He is survived by: his daughters, Cathleen Dean (Roger Tate) of Weirton, WV and Carolyn; his grandchildren, John, James, Christina, Benjamin and Victoria; his great grandchildren, Mandi-Jo, James, Delani, Madison and Mary; and his sister Carol Simpson of Jacksonville, FL. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
