He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul J. Sr. and Mary A. Bludis (Ocel); and his brother Paul J. Jr.. He is survived by: his daughters, Aimee Bludis and Jennifer Skinner; his grandchildren, Joshua Kolling, Mason and Makenna Skinner; and his sister Denise Bludis.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be given to his daughters to be put toward the Motorcyclist Memorial Foundation in honor of Tom and his brother Paul, or make donations in Tom's memory to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
