She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Blair and Josa Larkey (Goddard); and her siblings, Victor, Louis, Robert, Raymond, Lonnie, Leroy and Bonnie Lowry.
She is survived by: her husband William Reitter; her children, Theresa Moran of Weirton, WV, Michael Moran of Colliers, WV, Steven Moran (Beth) of Colliers, WV, William Moran (Josie) of Colliers, WV, Carol Altomare of Colliers, WV, Milissa Reed (Joe) of Colliers, WV and Christina Cross (Paul) of Follansbee, WV; and her sisters, Rose Monseau of Weirton, WV and Lola Strope of Weirton, WV. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and one great great granddaughter.
