He was loved and cherished by many people including: his brother Eric DeFoe; his parents-in-law, Larry and Connie Tomshack; his sister-in-law JoAnne (Sam Simoes); his nieces, Hannah and Isabel; his nephew Colin Simoes; and his parents, Rudolph DeFoe and Susan DeFoe. He was also cherished by his family, church, and friends.
