He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Carl Waugh (Bud) and Ruth Alice Waugh (Ogden); and his wife Nancy Waugh (Dieringer). He is survived by: his children, Lori Cline (Doyle) of Toronto, OH, Linda Johnson (Brent) of Follansbee, WV, Carla Waugh of Follansbee, WV and Doug Waugh (Debra) of Pickerington, OH; and his brothers, Harold Gene Waugh (Pete) of Enid, OK and Jack Waugh (Lynda) of Tampa, FL. He is also survived by Eight grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
