He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernie A. Kilpatrick and Virginia Blankenship Kilpatrick; and his siblings, Thomas Kilpatrick and Dorothy Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Nora Kilpatrick (Walker) of Wintersville, OH; his children, Robert L. Kilpatrick Jr. (Elaine) of Aurora, CO and Chyann Zemens (Gerry) of Almont, MI; and his sister June Coulter of Follansbee, WV. He is also survived by five grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren.
