He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Johnson and Goldie Johnson (Deem); and his sisters, Grace Richmond, Sheila Satathite and Charlotte Barnhart.

He is survived by: his niece Sheila Bone (Satathite); and his pet Fluffy.
