He is survived by: his children, Buddy "Ray" Howe of Scio, OH, Stacey Ray Howe (Melissa) of Salisbury, NC, Jennifer Waugh (Mark) of Follansbee, WV and Rebecca Baldauf (Jeff) of Follansbee, WV; his brother Paul Howe (Lynn "Diane") of Wellsburg, WV; and his grandchildren, Kaleigh Matthews, Chelsea Howe, Nathan Howe, Hannah Howe, Mark Waugh (Anna Mae), Mariah Dodd (Cody), Sydney Baldauf and Meira Baldauf. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
