She was predeceased by: her parent Henry Gain; her husband William Charles Phillips; her great grandchild Tanya Ash; and her sister Lucy McKinney. She is survived by: her parent Irene Gain (Barker); her children, Sharon Michaelsen of New Cumberland, WV and William C. Phillips, II (Kaye) of Toronto, OH; and her grandchildren, Marci Hughes, Alan Michaelsen, Jolie Knoyer (Eric) and Shay Michaelsen. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild, and several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
