Perry Morgan Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Perry Morgan of Follansbee, West Virginia, who passed away on August 6, 2021 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John West and Louise West (Lawlis); and his brother James West. He is survived by: his wife Nancy West (Howerter); his children, Perry Todd West (Laurie) of Floyd, VA, Lori Chmelovski, Linda Gasaway (Randy) of Follansbee, WV, Kris Spitzform (Kevin) of Chapin, SC, Kellie Conklin (Mike) of Scott Depot, WV and Matt Chmelovksi (Melissa) of Vicksburg, MI; his siblings, Gene West (Wanda) of Beaverton, MI, Thomas West (Linda) of Deep Valley, WV, Jack West of Fairmont, WV and Doris Snyder (Steve) of Blue Ridge, VA; his grandchildren, Miranda Street (Jesse), Steven Spitzform (Sara), Morgan Licht (Adam), Madelyn Spitzform, Chase Conklin, Ethan West, Carson West, Emma West and Mitchell Chmelovski; and his great grandchildren, Kinsey, Liam Street and Emery Licht. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
