She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Hayward Brown and Evelyn Mae Brown (Wallace). She is survived by: her sons, Charles Blackburn (Donna) of Missouri, James Blackburn (Donna) of Wellsburg, WV, Robert Blackburn of Wellsburg, WV and Gerald Blackburn (Rita) of Follansbee, WV; her sister Bonnie Serevich of Follansbee, WV; her niece Tasha Taylor (Jeff) of Wellsburg, WV; her nephew Travis Serevich (Grace); and her great-nephews, Kenny, Carson and Nathan. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren.
