It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Ann Arrington of Follansbee, West Virginia, who passed away on October 21, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ward Lincoln Shepherd and Juanita Lenore Shepherd (Cannon). She is survived by: her son Dillon Landis; and her siblings, Billie Dawn O'Brien (Carlos), Carol L. Boyce (Jeffrey), Darla D. Ridenour (Gary) and Theodore Glenn Shepherd (Patricia). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
