He was predeceased by: his parents, William Campbell and Ida Campbell (McPherson); and his wife Madelyn J. Campbell (Brinskey). He is survived by: his close friend Mary Gaudio; his children, Craig Campbell (Valerie) of Bloomingdale, Zane Campbell of Mingo Jct and Kelly Bays (Tracy) of Breeding Ky; his grandchildren, Tyler Campbell, Alyssa Campbell and Megan Self of Brookfield, MO; and his great grandchildren, Matthias, Isaac, Emma, Lavina and Marisa Self.
