She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Ray and Evelyn Mitchell, Jr. (McKinney); her siblings, Margaret Malinoski (Will) and Harold Mitchell; her nieces, Melissa Mitchell and Danielle Strope; and her nephew Owen James Mitchell.
She is survived by: her sister Sandy Shorts (Jim) of Louise, WV; and her nephews, Harry R. Mitchell III of Mingo Junction, OH, Jimmy Shorts (Margaret) of Louise, WV, Wayne Malinoski of Follansbee, WV and Andy Malinoski of Charleston, WV. She is also survived by one great nephew; two great nieces; one great-great niece; and several cousins.
