With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marjorie Copenhaver of Follansbee, West Virginia, born in Jefferson, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 22, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Herceg and Barbara Herceg Olenick (Tomasko); her husband Jackie Lee "Jack" Copenhaver; her grandson Max Copenhaver Bailey; and her siblings, Vivian Kosarik, Barbara "Dolly" Whitco, Michael Thomas Herceg and Mary Catherine Allas.
She is survived by: her children, Jamie Copenhaver-Cribbs (Craig) of Mingo Junction, OH, Barbara Copenhaver-Bailey (Jeffery) of Morgantown, WV, Jacquelynn Copenhaver of Morgantown, WV and Jack "Doug" Copenhaver of Follansbee, WV; her brother Joseph Olenick of Colliers, WV; her siblings-in-law, Ben "Buck" Copenhaver (Norma) and Phyllis Aria of Colliers, WV; her grandchildren, Ashley, Clay and Zeke; and her great grandchildren, Angelina, Dominic and Christopher. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorial contributions can be made to St. Anthony Catholic Church or Valley Hospice in memory of Marjorie Copenhaver.
