He is survived by: his wife Janet Fay Riggs (Schumacher) of Follansbee, WV; his sons, Lonny Riggs Jr. (Jayda) of Follansbee, WV, Charles "Bill" Riggs (Michele), Denny Riggs (Hope) of Canton, OH and Joshua Riggs (Carol) of Weirton, WV; his grandchildren, Lonni Blair, Emma Jade, Nathan (Brittaney), Sara, Tyler (Alexis), Justin (Gabby), Justin T. and Madison (John); and his sister Lena Jones. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
