It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lillian Hill Kestner of Follansbee, West Virginia, who passed away on June 27, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Cole and Eva Cole (Burton); her former husband Edwin George Hill; and her husband James William Kestner. She is survived by: her children, James Hill (GiGi) of Carrollton, OH, George Jeffrey Hill (Lisa) of Chesapeake, VA and Karri Gutwald (Rick) of Weirton, WV. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, five great grandchildren.
