We are sad to announce that on October 30, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Judith Moore (Follansbee, West Virginia), born in Steubenville, Ohio. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Orval and Ida Belle Moore (Hall); and her siblings, Alvin, Harry Moore Sr., Sara "Sally" Cox, Daniel and Robert Moore.
