She is survived by: her sister Roberta "Vickers" Cooper; her nephews, Eric Weiler of Follansbee, WV, William Cooper (Debi), Daniel Cooper (Karen) and John Cooper (Lori) of Wellsburg, WV; and her niece Julie Byers (Chris) of Weirton, WV. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to local educational charities in her honor.
