With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Elaine Bray of Follansbee, West Virginia, born in Gary, Indiana, who passed away on May 4, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Orsini and Beatrice Orsini (Barrett); and her cousin Nick Rogers. She is survived by: her husband Robert A. Bray, Jr.; her daughter Tami Lyn Wietfeld (Parks) of Mingo Junction, OH; her grandson Colton Craig Wietfeld; her cousins, Shirley Rogers, Rixon Barrett (Juanita) and Kimberlie Bowers (Rogers); and her sisters-in-law, Carol Mathews (John) of Morgantown, WV and Janine Regas of St. Clairsville, OH.. She is also survived by three nephews.
