He is survived by: his wife Jackie Moore (Nevlis); his siblings, Steve Moore (Charlene) of Follansbee, WV, Barbara Williams of Follansbee, WV, Mary Conley (Bill) of Follansbee, WV, Hattie Welch of Wellsburg, WV, George Moore of Pittsburgh, PA, Charlotte Freshwater (Ron), Melissa Sampson of Follansbee, WV, Jimmy Moore of Follansbee, WV, Guy Moore (Tear) of Follansbee, WV, Delbert Moore (Darla) of Beech Bottom, WV, Chippy Moore (Becky) of Follansbee, WV, Kimberly Tredway (Bob) of Wellsburg, WV and Virgil Moore (Valarie) of Wellsburg, WV; and his close friend Debbie Moser of Follansbee, WV. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
