He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, Michael Bernola, David Bernola (Lori), Joachim Capitanio, Denise Parker (Bryan) and Victoria Richardson (Robert); his sister Kathy Bernola; his grandchildren, Eric, Zachary (Jessica), Emily Parker, Alexis, Austin Poppell, Olivia and Isabella Bernola; his great grandchildren, Bexley Coleman and Mateis Parker; and his pet Lacey.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home (3219 Main St, Weirton, WV 26062). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Paul's Roman Catholic Church (140 Walnut St, Weirton, WV 26062).
