He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Lawrence and Bertha Antill Keenan; his wife Aline McNeil Keenan; his daughter Audrey Keenan; and his siblings, Howard, Elwood Dean, Larry, Rev. Robert Keenan and Linda Cunningham.
He is survived by: his son George Keenan (Kathie); his siblings, Darrell Keenan and Beulah Ballard; and his grandchildren, Jesse C. Moore (Sherry), Kenneth Moore (Amanda) and Kimberly Holbrook (Eric). He is also survived by his nine great-grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Church of the Nazarene (475 Colliers Way, Weirton, WV 26062).
