He is survived by: his wife Susan Nolan (Long); his children, James Nolan of Cincinnati, OH, Kathleen Scurti (Jim) of Weirton, WV and John Paul Nolan (Kirsten Teramana) of Mingo Junction, OH; and his siblings, Pamela Sue Mercer (Brent), Marlena Smith (Todd), Walt Nolan of Wellsburg, WV and Gary Paul Nolan (Patty) of Springhill, FL. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
