He is survived by: his wife Georgene Horton; his son John (Catherine Miller); his grandchildren, Anastacia Horton and Dylan Horton of Follansbee; his mother Wilda Horton; his siblings, Cheryl Utz of Weirton and Gary Horton of Florida; his parents-in-law, Steve and Joanne Clary Apesos of Boston; and his nieces and nephews, Marc Apesos, Cory Utz (Megan), Mary Apesos (Scott), Chelsey Horton and Carley Utz.
