Lacik of Follansbee, West Virginia, born in Weirton, West Virginia, who passed away on February 2, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Lacik and Helen Havaj Lacik; his children, Gabriel, Seraphim Lacik and Michele Lemasters; his former wife Beverly Giebell Lacik; his wife Joyce Ann Smith Lacik; and his sister Anna Ondo.
He is survived by: his family George; his children, Ann Marie White (Mike) of Weirton, Terri Livingston (David) of Taylorsville, NC., Tracie McKeny (Jeff) of Scott Depot, WV. and Michael G. Lacik of New Cumberland; his grandchildren, Carrie of Michael, DJ, Michael Alex, Shane, Kasey, Garrett, Kelly, Abby and Samantha; his great grandchildren, Shalynn, Sydney, Eli, Ian, Luke and Kolson; and his sister Helen Sinsel (John).
