He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry W. Perkins and Elizabeth Perkins (Smith); his brother Ronald H. Perkins; his niece Donna Horton; and his father-in-law Paul Julio.
He is survived by: his wife Antoinette Perkins (Julio); his daughters, Ashley Symons (Mark) of Chesapeake, VA and Annette Priest (Tim) of Beaver, PA; his grandchildren, Addison, Maxwell, Harper, Grace, Natalie and Eli; his mother-in-law Amelia Julio; and his siblings-in-law, Samuel Julio (Liz) of Follansbee, WV, Paul Julio of Follansbee, WV and Mary "Jackie" Perkins of Follansbee, WV. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to St. Anthony Catholic Church in memory of Gary.
