She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Welsh; her granddaughter Christy Johnson Riccelli; and her siblings, Mary Borich, Ann Resnik, Thomas, Steve, Joseph, John and George Puskarich.
She is survived by: her parents, Charles Puskarich and Francis Puskarich (Ivanac); her children, Daniel Welsh (Pam) of Follansbee, WV, Sandy Johnson (Dave) of Colliers, WV and Donna Hall (Bob) of Follansbee, WV; her grandchildren, David Johnson of Livonia, MI, Michael Hall, Amy Shaffer (Jack) of Wellsburg, WV, Brian Welsh (Carri) of Follansbee, WV and Adam Welsh (Olivia) of Weirton, WV; and her great grandchildren, Ainsley, Colton, Jake, Jena, Onna and Adalynne. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
